PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a language learning system capable of supporting a wide, totally new learning style. SOLUTION: Through a video image signal switching means 106 a video for a teacher use device and a video for a learner use device can be distributed to each device respectively. A teaching material storage/distribution means 107 distributes teaching material data to the teacher use device and the learner use device by a request from the teacher use device control means 108 or the learner use device control means 113. By inputting input data from a teacher use device operation means 105 into an arbitrary learner use device, a teacher can operates the arbitrary learner use device. Furthermore by sending a video image of the teacher use device to an arbitrary learner use display means 114 the video image of the teacher can be watched by the arbitrary learner.
