The pipeline comprises an inner pipe (2) for conveying an inflammable liquid which pollutes water and an outer sleeve (3). An intermediate chamber (11) is formed between these which allows leaks to be detected. This contains a distance piece (14) which ensures a minimum clearance between the two pipes.
