A surface treating device (10) is provided for rotating a primary surface treating arrangement (70) supplied with a surface treating material relative to a working surface (73). A driving mechanism is provided for rotating the primary surface treating arrangement including a driven output tube (40) operably connected to the primary surface treating arrangement (70). In the preferred embodiment, an auxiliary surface treating arrangement (72) is spaced inwardly of the output tube (40) and is non-rotatably mounted on the driving mechanism. The auxiliary surface treating arrangement (12) includes a manually actuated pump (84) slidably mounted relative to the output tube (40) for controllably delivering a supply of the surface treating material (77) to the primary surface treating arrangement (70).
