The arrangement has a housing (11) with hydraulic motor (12) having stator (44) and rotor (42) with meshing teeth, which form fluid pockets (46). A -wobble shaft (70) is connected to the rotor. A take-off shaft (14) has an inner end positioned in the housing and connected to the shaft. A brake unit (16) in the housing has facing alternately positioned ring-shaped brake discs (108), with some of the discs fastened to the take-off shaft to turn with it, and some discs fastened to the housing. A ring-shaped piston (24) around the take-off shaft, and a spring unit (130) is tensioned against the piston to press it against the brake discs.
