<p>This invention is a portable, and lightweight exercise device comprising an adjustable nylon strap (12) which has a series of nylon loops (24) along one side, that side being of a length equal to the height of a door (16), and the adjustable nylon strap (12) having affixed thereto on the side opposite the side having the nylon loops (24); and a locking mechanism (30) that allows for adjustment of the length of the adjustable nylon strap (12) so that the adjustable strap (12) may be positioned to encircle the height of the door (16). An elastic band (14) is passed through a selected loop in the series of loops (24) on the adjustable nylon strap (12). The user (18) pushes or pulls the elastic band passed through a loop to exercise a wide range of muscle groups.</p> |
