The production method is carried out in the following steps: Stator slots (20) are stamped in the crude plate (10), provided with a central axial bore having a uniform diameter. The rotor lamination (12) is separated from the stator lamination (11). The stator lamination is deposited; rotor slots (28) are stamped in the rotor lamination (12). At least one keyway (31) is stamped in the rotor lamination. A finished hole (33) is stamped in the rotor lamination (12). The rotor lamination is deposited. With each further operation a crude plate (10) is transmitted from a station (1-8) to the next station (1-8). At one of the stations (4) a finished machined station lamination (11) is deposited, and at another station (8) a finished machined rotor lamination (12) is deposited. A machine tool (9) carries out the manufacturing operation.
