The cable has a conductor (1) of a high impedance material and insulating sleeve (2) enclosing the conductor. A textile fibre (3) is embedded in the electrical conductor to restrict the expansion of the conductor. The conductor is made of carbon fibre, elastic conducting synthetics, inelastic conducting synthetics or other material with a resistance of 1-100 kOhm/m.
