<p>A concentration of an object to be analyzed contained in a liquid sample can be quantitatively measured accurately. Provided are a chromatography test piece (10) having a plurality of reaction areas (6A, 6B) for holding trapping reagents capable of coloring on specific reaction with the object to be analyzed, and a coloring level measurement means for quantitatively digitizing and measuring coloring levels in at least two reaction areas out of the above plurality of reaction areas. The coloring level measurement means (11) has a function of measuring the above coloring levels, produced on reaction of the trapping reagents with the object, by means of at least one of an optical measurement and an image measurement. The measurement results are operated on by a processor (12) to compute a digitized concentration of the object.</p> |
