<p>An electrically adjustable mirror construction for in a mirror housing frame of a wing mirror of a vehicle comprises a mirror secured on a mirror-adjusting plate, an actuator housing with a mirror actuator and with drive means for rotating the mirror-adjusting plate with mirror relative to the mirror housing frame about a rotation point located adjacent the mirror-adjusting plate. Further, means are present for realizing other functions for the use of the mirror, such as, for instance, mirror heating, electrically dimming of incident light, and keeping the mirror water-free through vibrations. The actuator housing comprises an electric plug (36) terminal for a connection to the electric board network of the vehicle, while a separate electric terminal (38) is present on the mirror-adjusting plate for an electric connection to the plug terminal on the actuator housing.</p> |
