Production of solid and dimensionally-stable cleaning composition with a soft structure, comprises: (i) emulsifying 1-10% surfactant, 1-10% waterproofing agent, 1-10% relubricating agent, 1-10% glycerol and other ancillaries (1-10%) in water (5-30%) at temperatures over 20 deg C; and then (ii) mixing with alumina in a kneader.
