A ready to use set of adhesive wedges for filling plies and folds of the uneven peristomal skin consisting of a disk from a skin-friendly adhesive, on one or both sides covered by a release paper and dye cut like a tart, thus forming wedge-shaped pieces ideally forming a barrier to fill uneven areas on both sides of a stoma.
