摘要 juice extraction technology. SUBSTANCE: citrus fruits are extracted with nonpolar liquefied gas for removal of bitter substances. Dry biomass of PYTHIUM INSIDIOSUM micro-organisms are extracted with nonpolar liquefied gas. Micelle is separated and directed for impregnation of fruits after extraction. Impregnation is carried out at pressure above atmosphere one for 2-5h. Then, pressure is released to atmospheric one at rate ensuring freezing of fruits.
