SUBSTANCE: method involves forming penile tourniquet by selecting two opposite flaps from aponeurosis of musculi recti abdominis, their base being near external edge of vagina musculorum rectorum abdominis. The flaps are transferred on the dorsal surface of the penis. The flats are sutured to each other on the volar surface of the penis.
