SUBSTANCE: the electronic code lock input line is connected to a group of inputs of the comparison unit, whose first output is connected to the input of the actuating unit. The second output of the comparison unit is connected to the input of the first counter, whose output is connected to the input of the second counter, whose group of outputs is connected to the group of inputs of the display unit and to the second group of inputs of the controllable code converter, whose first group of inputs is connected to the group of outputs of the memory unit; the group of outputs of the controllable code converter is connected to the second group of inputs of the comparison unit.
