A bolt (2) for use in motorway crash barriers has a hexagonal head with a reflector (8) fixed in each of the faces of the head. A further removable hood (4), also having a number of reflectors (16), can be fitted over the head of the bolt (2) to increase visibility of the bolt (2). The bolt (2) may also include a light bulb (7 - see figure B) within it. |
