A tracheostoma button (1) comprises a tube (2) for insertion through the stoma into the trachea. The tube (2) has a retaining flange (3) around the free end thereof to provide a small degree of resistance to removal from the stoma. An enlarged head portion (4) at the other end and integrally formed therewith carries an air filter means (7) in sealing engagement therewith. |
