The motor vehicle fuel tank has a flexible bladder (2) which contains the fuel and is arranged inside a rigid shell (1). The engine (8) is supplied by a pipe (80) sealed inside the bladder. The rigid shell is sealed and includes a pneumatic compressor (4) to pressurize the space (10) between the rigid shell and the bladder. The pressure is sufficient to direct the fuel contained in the bladder through the pipe towards the engine.
