The invention relates to a method and a device for insulating containers and pipes, especially fermentation tanks. The aim of the invention is to provide a high quality low temperature insulation by simple and rapid means. To this end, at least one layer of insulating panels (7) is mounted at a distance to the outer wall and the clearance between the layer of insulating panels (7) and the outer wall (4) is filled with at least one foam layer (8) that is expanded in situ. |
