A vehicle hologram display device for reducing a color of hologram reflection, toward the outside of the vehicle, produced at a hologram installation portion of wind-proof glass, a color of hologram transmitting toward the inside of the vehicle, and further an external light noise. Light from a display element (2) is passed through an image forming optical member (3) to form a display image on a transmitting diffusion hologram (4) provided on wind-proof glass (1), and the display image is reflected off the surface on the vehicle outer side of the wind-proof glass for visual recognition by an observer (5). The above transmitting diffusion hologram is produced as below: diffusion light (14) that has transmitted a diffusion optical member (7) such as ground glass only is incident on one side of a hologram photosensitive material (10) pasted on substrate glass (9) to record interference fringes produced by diffused lights.
