<p>The invention concerns the treatment of waste, in particular medical waste. The inventive method consists in grinding the waste and sterilising them using a heat treatment. The method also comprises a step for decontaminating the device, which consists in filling the grinding vessel with a bactericidal solution and a step which consists in spraying vapour on the grinder blades. The vapour is sprayed through channels located at each axis of rotation of the grinder.</p> |
