The invention relates to compounds of general formula (I, II and III) and to a method for the production thereof, whereby compounds (III) are initially obtained in a first step and compounds (I and II) are obtained in a second step. Said compounds can be applied in the field of opportunistic viral infections in immunocompromised patients.
