The method involves using one or more external switch-on units (1) for pre-heating the heating system (3) to operating temp. before tapping consumable water by switching on the heating demand. A time switch is also connected into a control loop to extend the effect of the switch-on unit until operating temp. is achieved. An Independent claim is also included for control system.
