The float has two light sources (LED1,LED2) for angling at night and energy storage capacitors (K1,K2) that can be charged more than 100,000 times externally from a conventional battery in about 10 seconds. The second light emitting diode (LED2) mounted in the stem of the float is only illuminated when a fish bites.
