Back (1) and front (5) thin actuator layers with several individually controllable actuator elements of piezoelectric ceramic with outer electrodes, electric contacts and wiring are glued onto to back (2) and front (4) sandwich cover layers respectively and insulated from them electrically. A honeycomb (3) has a triangular cross section. A pressure distribution layer (6) is glued on the front side of the front actuator layer and insulated electrically from it. A glass ceramic mirror support layer (7) is glued on the front side of the pressure distribution layer.
