The invention concerns an end cap for dispensing liquid pharmaceutical products in a container, comprising a tubular element (1) provided at a first free end (1a) of a spray nozzle (3), and at its second end (1b), a rotary connection (11) linking the inner discharge conduit (20) with a push-button (2) designed to be mounted on top of a tapping member mounted on said container, said rotary connection (11) consisting of a slide valve comprising a cylindrical cavity (21) arranged on said push-button (2) communicating with the inner discharge conduit (20) and wherein is urged to be fitted, contiguously and in rotation, the second end (1b) of the tubular element (1) which is provided with means for opening said conduit (20). The invention is characterised in that the cylindrical cavity (21) contains an axial rod (22) integral with the push-button (2), designed to be engaged inside the second end (1b) of said tubular element (1) while providing an intermediate space (21c) for transferring the product.
