Push-button keyboard housing

The keyboard housing (1) has parallel guides for movement of a multiple push- button key within the keyboard field, with a pivot hoop (5) supported vertically by bearing ribs (14,15) at either end, in a position corresponding to that of the multiple push-button key. When the keyboard unit is fitted into the keyboard housing, the pivot hoop is snap-fitted into openings provided by the body of the multiple push-button key in mirror symmetry to the centre line transverse to its longitudinal axis.
