The mechanism has a movable side cam part (62c). The movable side cam part extends along the axial direction to cylindrical shaft end (62a) of movable pulley half body (62). The movable side cam part extends in the peripheral direction to cylindrical shaft end (61a) of a fast pulley half body (61). The movable side cam part is connected to a fixed lateral cam part (75). A small clearance (C) is provided in the rotation direction of the movable pulley side cam part and the fast pulley side cam part. The cam changes relative turn of the fast pulley half body into thrust in the axial direction of movable pulley half body.
