The water hose (3) is shaped in order to form an oval and to match the contours of the toilet seat (1). It is convex at the top (6) and has a flat lower surface with a rough texture or suction cups (7) in order to stay safely in position during the cleansing process. Nozzles (8,9), pointing towards the genital or anal area of the user can be manipulated by a handle (15,16), joined to a strap (14). The hose (3) can be filled with water or a mixture (4) of water and cleansing gel.
