<p>The tray comprises five independent parts, which define the bottom (1), main sides (2) and front ends (3) when adequately configured and fixed to one another. The front ends have end extensions fitted with folding lines defining areas (8), (9), (10) and (12) which are folded by correlative overlapping in a surrounding manner and forming triangular prismatic reinforcements in the corners. On both sides of the corner and matching the top edges of the reinforcements, projecting elements are provided in the form of ridges (15) matching the grooves (5) on the bottom edge of the tray to enable stacking. Said reinforcements which are part of the front ends (3) are formed before the parts arrive at the assembly station of the tray designed for containing fruits and similar products.</p> |
