PURPOSE: An apparatus for capturing fish automatically is provided, which can fish without a mistake by pulling the fishing hook instantaneously with sensing a bite of fish. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a capturing body(10) whose upper part the first ring(11) is formed and which is installed adjacent to a hook; an operation lever(20) which is installed in the upper part of the groove(12) of the capturing body(10) by the first axis pin(21), supported elastically by a spring(46), has a hooking part(23) and the second ring(24) where a fishing line passes by adjacent to the hooking part(23), and pulls the fishing line instantaneously; and a locking lever(30) which is installed in the lower part of the groove(12) of the capturing body(10) by the second axis pin(31), and is vertical with respect to the capturing body(10), and has a locking projection(32) locking the hooking part of the operation lever(20) to maintain it to be initial state and the third ring(33) where a fishing line passes. The locking lever(30) meets by whether a fish catches a hook, and unlocks the working lever(20), and the working lever(20) pulls the hook instantaneously.
