PURPOSE: A LCD is provided to enhance aperture rate and lower the reflective rate of light from data lines. CONSTITUTION: A LCD comprises a color filter substrate(m'), a TFT, a low reflective film(230), a protect film(240), a TFT array substrate(l') and liquid crystal(280). The color filter substrate(m') comprises color filters and common electrodes. The TFT comprises gate lines(100), data lines(200), gate electrodes(140), source electrodes(160) and drain electrodes(180). The low reflective film(230) covers the data lines and the gate electrodes and lowers the reflective rate of the light reflected on the data lines and gate electrodes while shielding the leaking of lithe. The protect film(240) covers the TFT containing the film(230) and has contact holes exposing a portions of the drain electrodes. The TFT array substrate(l') is formed on the protect film and has pixel electrodes connected to the drain electrodes through the contact holes.
