PURPOSE: A pack cover cloth or towel is moisturized with hot spring water to be applied on the human skin for moisturizing the skin with good adhesion causing no virus infection, itch, or rash. CONSTITUTION: The pack cloth or towel employs a non-woven fabric or a woven fabric, having double layers of the outer layer of good absorptive power for water and the inner layer of acryl fabric, and a hot spring water containing much of anions and cations to combine for a packing. The spring water absorbed in the fabric keeps skin moisturizing well when applied on the skin, and when water evaporates by the body heat, the concentration of skin care components becomes higher to bring better absorption in the skin. The packing contains a bottle of the spring water for combined use.
