摘要

PURPOSE: A cell library one chip of microstrip lines is provided to be adaptable to design circumstances which often times vary in an initial development, by selecting and connecting only a desired microstrip line. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cells(20) are composed of a plurality of microstrip lines having different characteristics. A library cell(100) is composed of the plurality of cells. A selection unit selects a cell having a characteristic desired by a designer among the plurality of cells installed in the library cell. A cell library one chip includes the cells, the library cell, the selection unit and an input/output unit.
