PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of transparent and luminous printing ink by which a real picture of prints is showed at night. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of transparent and luminous printing ink is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (i)mixing 70-90 wt.% of luminous paints, 10-30 wt.% of compound selected from the group of alkyd resin, poly urethane resin, cyclic phosphagen, urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, and styrene denatured acryl resin; (ii)manufacturing by mixing 20-30 wt.% of luminous paste which is obtained from milling the above thing for 30 min-3 hours, with whole composition of printing ink. |
