PURPOSE: A thermoplastic composition is provided which is excellent in a heat-resistance and a fire retardancy. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic composition comprises (A) 40-95 pts.wt. of a rubber-modified styrene-based resin comprising (a1) 20-100 wt% of a styrene graft copolymer resin and (a2) 0-80 wt% of a styrene copolymer resin having 20-40 wt% of acrylonitrile, (B) 5-60 pts.wt. of a polyphenylene ether resin, (C) 2-40 pts.wt. (based on the (A)+(B) of 100 pts.wt.) of a styrene copolymer resin having 5-18 wt% of acrylonitrile, (D) 5-30 pts.wt. (based on the (A)+(B) of 100 pts.wt.) of aromatic phosphoric acid ester compound (formula 1 or formula 2) having a melting point of 90°C or more, and (E) 0.3-50 pts.wt. (based on the (A)+(B) of 100 pts.wt.) of metal sulfate such as nickel sulfate, sodium sulfate, etc.. In the formula, R1, R2, and R3 are independently hydrogen or an alkyl group of C1-4, X is induced from dialcohol, N is 0-4, R4, R5, and R6 are an alkyl group of C1-4. |
