BAND-GAP REFERENCE CIRCUIT AND ITS REFERENCE VOLTAGE OPTIMIZING METHOD

PURPOSE: A band-gap reference circuit and its reference voltage optimizing method are provided to optimize a band-gap reference circuit in order to embody a stable voltage regardless of temperature variation. CONSTITUTION: The band-gap reference circuit includes a cascade current source circuit(11), a soft bias circuit(12) and an output part(13). The cascade source circuit has one pair of current paths. The soft bias circuit is connected in parallel to the cascade current source circuit, and generates a reference voltage being optimized in on-chip state. The output circuit outputs a predetermined voltage according to an output of the soft bias circuit. Thereby, the band-gap reference circuit optimizes a band-gap reference circuit, and embodies a stable voltage without relation to a temperature variation.
