PURPOSE: An ancillary steering device to make both hands free is provided by steer a vehicle through using not both hands but foot or a remote controller(30). CONSTITUTION: An ancillary steering device to make both hands free comprises: an operating device(10) of rotation of a steering wheel to be mounted on a steering column(3) connected with a steering wheel(1) and to rotate the steering column to right or reverse direction; a pedal(20) for handling the steering wheel to be mounted in the lower of the front of a driving seat and to input a steering angle by foot; a controller(40) to control the operating device according to controlling signals input from the pedal.
