PURPOSE: A power withdrawing circuit of AC-type plasma display panel is provided to reduce a power consumed in the case of a sustain switching, reduces a power loss caused by on-resistor, and enhances a power returning efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A power withdrawing circuit includes a first inductor, a second inductor, a first n-channel FET switch(81a), a second n-channel FET switch, AC power provider, and a first/a second control circuits. The first inductor is connected to a first output terminal connected to internal capacitor of a plasma display panel, and withdraws energy consumed when charging internal capacitance. The second inductor is connected to a second output terminal connected to an internal capacitor, and withdraws energy consumed for discharging internal capacitance. The first n-channel FET switch is connected to a first inductor, and performs a switching operation in order to supply AC current for charging internal capacitance. The second n-channel FET switch is connected to the second inductor, and performs a switching operation in order to supply AC current caused by a discharge of the internal capacitor. The AC power provider is connected to the first and the second n-channel FET switches, and provides AC current for charging/discharging internal capacitance. The first and the second control circuits are provided to each switching operation of the first and the second n-channel FET switches. |
