PURPOSE: A cigarette case attaching a lighter is provided to use and carry the lighter easily in smoking by attaching and detaching the lighter outside the cigarette case. The cigarette case has a cover on an upper part, and transparent windows and opening part are formed in front sides and a bottom, respectively, for directly pushing the cigarette case to take out the cigarette. The cigarette case attaches an extinguishing member to be used in an area without having an ashtray. CONSTITUTION: A cigarette case attaching a lighter comprises a withdrawal part(2) and an opening part(3) in an upper part and bottom part, respectively. A whole body(1) has transparent windows(4) in front and back sides. A cover(5) is equipped in the withdrawal part(2) to open and close. An extinguishing member(8) is attached to a side(1a) of the whole body(1). A support groove(9a) and a coupling groove(10a) on the lighter(H) contain a support boss(9) and a coupling boss(10) composed in the other side(1b) of the whole body(1). A support plate(21) and a guide plate(22) are formed on a lower direction of the other side(1b) and both end parts, respectively, for coupling a guide groove(22a) to the guide plate(22). An elastic boss(32) on both end parts of the other side(1b) supports both lateral sides of the lighter(H).
