PURPOSE: A vehicle manual transmission slip prevent device is provided to prevent the generation of a slip until an engine power output enough to start on a climbing road. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle manual transmission slip prevent device comprises a starting condition perceiving part(100), an output limiting part(200), a braking controlling part(300), a sensing part(400), an engine controlling part(500) and a fuel supplying part(600). The starting condition perceiving part(100) perceives the degree of slope of a running lane and the conditions of an accelerating pedal, a brake pedal and a transmission gear. The output limiting part(200) limits the output from the starting condition perceiving part(100). The sensing part(400) perceives the degree of opening of a throttle valve, a number of the revolution of an engine, a water temperature and etc. The engine controlling part(500) outputs a controlling signal for controlling the discharge rate of a fuel according to the condition of the vehicle. The fuel supplying part(600) operates according to the signals from the engine controlling part(500).
