PURPOSE: A surface process composition of a pantograph for secondary lithium battery and a method for processing a surface using the same are provided to realize a charging or discharging characteristic of a high density by performing a surface process using a surface process composition. CONSTITUTION: A surface process composition of a pantograph for secondary lithium battery comprises a combination material, a conductive material, and a solvent. The combination material is a conductive polymer. The conductive polymer content is 1 to 5 w% of total weight of the surface process composition. A method for processing a surface using the same comprises the steps of: rinsing a pantograph by using an acid or alkali aqueous solution, distilled water, and an organic solvent; and coating a surface process composition including a conductive polymer of 1 to 5 w% and a conductive material of 1 to 5 w%, and a solvent of the remaining w% on the pantograph.
