PURPOSE: An imaging device is provided to reduce unnecessary power consumption by automatically providing power supply according as a printing command or data are received in case that an internal power is cut off. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(300) generates a control signal for controlling whole system, and generates a power control signal and a clock signal according as a printing command or data are received. A facility unit(310) performs a printing according to a determined driving signal. A facility driving unit(320) generates a driving signal for driving the facility unit(310) according to a control signal of the control unit(300). A power supply unit(330) provides power to the control unit(300) and the facility driving unit(320). A power supply switching unit(340) receives the control signal from the control unit(300), and switches power supply from the power supply unit(330) to the facility driving unit(320).
