METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING PISTON WITH CONNECTING ROD AND STRUCTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: An assembly method and a structure thereof are provided to improve productivity and quality of a product by shortening assembly time of a piston and a connecting rod and reducing the components related with process and assembly of the piston. CONSTITUTION: A pin hole(26) of a piston(15) is in accordance with a pin hole of a small end(24) of a connecting rod(27) when assembling the piston with the connecting rod. After that, a piston pin(18) is inserted to the pin hole and fixed by a circle rib(32). One side of the piston pin is secured on a sill(30) formed integrally with a pin hole(26) while the circle rib is inserted to a groove(31) of the pin hole, thus the piston pin is fixed not to be separated.
