BEAD SEPARATOR

PURPOSE: A bead separator is provided to prevent the front end of a bead from being taken off by supporting the moving bead with a guide board adjusted by a bead guiding unit. CONSTITUTION: On operating a cylinder(9), a cylinder rod(8) is elongated and a horizontal guiding bracket(10) descending along a guide rail(3) to place a cutting blade(11) on a supporting roller(53). In this state, the cutting blade is finely adjusted according to the width of a bead by a cutting blade horizontal adjuster and a cutting blade vertical adjuster. The moving bead is cut into many portions by the shear force of the cutting blade. The shear force is adjusted by a buffering spring(52).
