PURPOSE: A thermotherapy mat is provided to effectively pressure-foment every joint of the spine by moving up and down with straightly reciprocating the thermotherapy in a main body of the mat form. CONSTITUTION: A thermotherapy mat comprises of the followings. A main body(100) is for lying down. A static motor(200) is set up on a side of the main body(100). A screw(300) empty-revolves with transmitting driving power by a belt(210) when driving the static motor(200). When the screw(300) revolves in a screw fastened state, a moving body(500) reciprocates front and back, and has a vertical space(510) in a vertical direction. A moving rod(420) inserted into the vertical space(510) and a moving rail(410) are formed on a lower part. A thermotherapy device on an upper plate is stably fixed to a therapy moving plate(400). The therapy moving plate(400) comprises a flexural rain(600) having a flexural surface(610) to move up and down simultaneously with a direct reciprocating movement of the thermotherapy device.
