PURPOSE: An air conditioning device is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and prolong service life of air conditioner by performing air conditioning through the use of hot or cold water injected to absorb dust, bacteria and the like. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises a water temperature control unit(340), hot/cold water injection pipe(310) for injecting water supplied from the water temperature control unit so as to form a water film for allowing impurities contained in the sucked air to be adsorbed, and filtering the water, a heat exchanger(400) which is heated or cooled by contacting the hot or cold water injected from the injection pipe and directly heat-exchanges with the filtered air, and a blower(500) for supplying air heated or cooled by the heat exchanger into a room.
