PURPOSE: A configuration is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and achieve an improved space utilization by integrating a condenser, receiver and a heat exchanger into a multi-functional device. CONSTITUTION: A configuration comprises a compressor(1), a condenser(2) having a receiver(6), an expansion valve(3), an evaporator(40) and a heat exchanger(5) which are connected to each other, wherein the condenser, receiver and the heat exchanger are integrated into a single unit.
