CORE PRODUCING METHOD FOR VACUUM INSULATING MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A core producing method for a vacuum insulating material is provided to obtain a core for a vacuum insulating material having an opened cell with a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane insulating material is pressurized by a compressor(24) to a specific final thickness(H2) in a gel time of forming a polyurethane fiber after reaction of a foaming liquid in a frame. A closed micro cell formed by the polyurethane reaction is opened by a physical pressure. Then, the polyurethane insulating material is taken out of upper/lower frames(22,20). Finally, four corner portions and a surface layer are removed to obtain a core for a vacuum insulating material.
