PURPOSE: An adjustable seat and shock absorbable seat for a bus is provided to adjust a position of a seat cushion in order to fit in a body, and to absorb a shock or a vibration. CONSTITUTION: An adjustable seat and shock absorbable seat for a bus is consisted of the legs divided from a vehicle body(100) and an adjusting device including a knob(24), and the adjusting device comprises: four pneumatic cylinders(21) to be inserted legs into and to be fixed on the vehicle body in order to move up and down; a sub supply pipe(23) to be connected with main supply pipe(28) of a compressor(26) and two couple of front and rear cylinder; a discharging pipe(27) to be connected between front and rear pneumatic cylinders; where, the sub supply pipe possesses a check valve(29) which opens in larger pressure than fixed pressure and the discharging pipe possesses a changing valve(25) which discharges inner pressure of the pneumatic cylinders according to a handling of the knob.
