PURPOSE: A drainage structure and a construction method are provided to improve drainage function of a concrete retaining wall or a construction mixed wall by using a hole drain board joined with a permeable filter. CONSTITUTION: A non-woven fabric(3) is attached on a soil plate(2) via nails for preventing the collapse of the ground with the reserve about 10cm for covering a hole drain board(4) and a porous drain pipe(5). The hole drain board is attached on the nonwoven fabric to have the core of the hole drain board contact with the nonwoven fabric. The contacting part is sealed by polyethylene film or tape for preventing from the penetration of concrete. The hole drain board is covered with nonwoven fabric by attaching the rear face. Thereby, a drain port for discharging underground water with the prevention of infiltration of such alien substances as soil to the core of the hole drain board is secured.
